If you have forgotten your password, you can always request a new password via the website.

  • Click on “My account” in the menu at the top
  • Then click on “Register

You will then arrive at the login screen of the webshop (see screenshot below) where you can use the link “Forgot your password” to recover your password.

  • Click on “Forgot your password” at the bottom right
  • Then enter your email address that you use to log in to the webshop
  • Then click on “Reset password

You will then receive an email with a link with which you can set your new password

Didn’t receive an email? Please also check your SPAM folder (junk mail) to ensure that it has not ended up there.

All orders that arrive before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

We depend on GLS for the delivery of your package. The effective delivery time can be 2 to 3 days and depends on how quickly GLS processes your package.

Do you wish to receive an invoice as a business customer?

During the checkout process, enter the following information in the “Billing information” section:

  • Company Name
  • Company number

Send us an email afterwards stating that you would like to receive an invoice and stating the following information:

  • Number of your order
  • Name and surname

Afterwards we will send you the invoice.

Can I receive an invoice as a private customer?2023-10-29T17:50:03+01:00

If you want an invoice, you must indicate this when ordering. An invoice will only be issued to customers with a VAT number, customers without a VAT number will receive a receipt upon delivery.

If you, as a private individual, wish to receive an invoice, you will have to pay an administration fee of €12 incl. VAT.

If your goods arrived damaged, please take the following steps:

  • Take a photo of the damaged item
  • Send the photo via email and provide a brief description of the damage. If you ordered multiple pieces, please indicate which piece exactly it concerns.

We can then contact you afterwards to find a solution.

Orders placed via the webshop can only be collected in our home store.

But you are of course also welcome at our Sunday market in Zonhoven, where you can come and view our wide range on site. You will also be assisted with professional advice!

You can find us on Sundays at the market in Zonhoven at the beginning of the Grote Hemmenweg from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
