If you have forgotten your password, you can always request a new password via the website.
- Click on “My account” in the menu at the top
- Then click on “Register”
You will then arrive at the login screen of the webshop (see screenshot below) where you can use the link “Forgot your password” to recover your password.
- Click on “Forgot your password” at the bottom right
- Then enter your email address that you use to log in to the webshop
- Then click on “Reset password”
You will then receive an email with a link with which you can set your new password
Didn’t receive an email? Please also check your SPAM folder (junk mail) to ensure that it has not ended up there.
